(Manifesto / 2026)

Sixteen years inside food. Not next to it

Living a sector from the inside changes how you see it. Since 2010 we have worked only with food & beverage brands, every day inside the category, never from outside and never remotely. This manifesto tells what we've learned in sixteen years and how that sensitivity shapes the answers we give our clients.

01

/ Voice

Between a food & beverage brand and the people who choose it, there is far more than a message

There is a product, of course. But there is also a story, an origin, a category, a consumption occasion, a visual code, a promise, a memory, a price, a shelf, a gesture repeated without thinking twice. There is everything that makes a brand recognizable, desirable and relevant. But also everything that, left uninterpreted, makes it the same as the others.
We work right there.

02

/ Substance

We interpret what makes a food & beverage brand unique and turn it into value that people choose

We do it because since 2010 we have lived on food alone. It is our craft and it is our way of thinking. We know it in products, in categories, in consumers, on retailers' shelves and in consumption cultures. At the table with companies, in briefs, in launches, in rebrandings, in packaging that has to get chosen in a few seconds, and in brands that have a lot to say, but not always the right angle to make it land.

03

/ Matter

Food is never just food

It is culture, memory, territory, habit, desire, identity. It is a daily choice, but also a silent declaration of who we are, of what we look for, of what we recognize as familiar, good, right, new, ours. This is why we love food and beverage: because they are living, concrete, human matter. But precisely because we love them, we don't settle for rhetoric. We don't believe in food marketing made of interchangeable words. Good, genuine, authentic, artisanal, natural. Often these aren't positionings, they're crowding. Words that seem reassuring, but end up making everyone more alike. And when a brand becomes similar to the others, price starts speaking in its place. Private label can be a path, sometimes even a smart brand choice, and when built well it is a real brand, one the consumer chooses and that deserves to be treated as such. Different is the producer who stops building itself, hides behind someone else's name and settles for competing on price alone. There, something in the brand starts to fade. A name to remember, a story to recognize, a promise to choose — if all this disappears, value doesn't leave right away. It thins out. It loses voice, shape, desirability. And little by little, what could have been a brand goes back to being just a product. We work so this doesn't happen, so a food brand's value doesn't stay silent, but finds an identity able to be recognized, desired and chosen.

04

/ What nourishes

We believe, then, that every food brand has a value waiting to be interpreted

Sometimes it's in the history. Sometimes in the product. Sometimes in a different way of standing inside a category. Sometimes in a consumption occasion not yet found. Sometimes in a tension between what the company has always been and what the market is asking it to become today. Our job is to read that value, give it shape and bring it out. This is where our Food Sensitivity is born, the ability to see what often stays implicit. A sensitivity built over sixteen years inside food, fuelled by a love for this world and made concrete by method, proprietary tools and continuous market observation. It is a trained eye, not instinct left to chance, able to hold together product and person, brand and shelf, culture and performance, desirability and growth.

05

/ Measure

We are sensitive to food, but rational to the point of obsession

We bring logic where often only adjectives get used. We bring method where taste is often invoked instead. We bring curious questions where it would be easier to simply go along with the brief. Because standing beside a brand means helping it see more clearly what it is, what it can become and what it must get across to the market — not serving it in silence. We are consultants, not executors. We work across the entire communication of food & beverage brands, from strategy to identity, from packaging to digital, from social to content, from storytelling to market positioning. Because a brand's value doesn't live in a single point. It has to be recognizable everywhere: in what it promises, in what it shows, in what it says, in how it gets chosen.

06

/ Ambition

We reject the idea that communicating a product better is enough

Often more is needed. Rethinking what that product represents, bringing order to a fragmented identity, making visible a value the company knows but the consumer doesn't perceive, or finally stopping the chase after everyone and choosing which consumers really count.

07

/ Choice

Because in food, every day, people choose

They choose in front of a shelf, inside an app, reading a label, watching a piece of content, remembering a flavour, trusting a sign, recognizing a promise. In those moments a brand can be seen, understood, desired. Or it can disappear among a thousand alternatives. We work so it doesn't disappear. We work so that what makes it unique becomes evident. So its value doesn't stay implicit. So its identity doesn't get lost in the noise of the category. In practice, we interpret food to build brands that people recognize, desire and choose.
