Erbacipollina's Digital Operation Specialist runs the technical infrastructure behind digital activity for Italian food & beverage brands: tag setup, tracking, automations, CRM and marketing automation integrations, technical audits of sites and e-commerce. The technical side of digital is their discipline; food is the context they apply it to.

(What you'll do)

Run digital's technical infrastructure.

  • Implement and maintain tracking setups (GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, server-side tagging).
  • Build and maintain marketing automations across CRM, email, SMS and journeys.
  • Run technical audits on portfolio brands' websites and e-commerce.
  • Configure integrations between platforms (CMS, e-commerce, CRM, marketing automation).
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and cookie management across projects.
  • Document every technical intervention as a deliverable for client and internal team.
  • Work with external developers on custom implementations.
  • Fix tracking bugs and regressions.

(Who we're looking for)

Adtech specialist profile.

  • 4+ years of digital operation or adtech experience at an agency or a brand.
  • Command of Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, GA4, with server-side tracking experience.
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Direct experience with marketing CRMs (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Knowledge of GDPR as applied to tracking and cookie management.
  • Native Italian, technical English.
  • A structured approach to technical workflows and documentation.

The Digital team, horizontal technical support.

The Digital Operation Specialist works inside the Digital team, reporting to the Digital Director. They work closely with every digital specialist (social, paid, SEO, content) as horizontal technical support on every project.

The role owns technical consistency across brands: tracking setup, stack integrations, internal documentation. GDPR compliance is an operational constraint present in every technical decision.
