SIGEP WORLD 2027, the International Trade Show for Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery, Pizza and Coffee, is one of the most important dates on the Food & Beverage trade show calendar and this year it reaches its 48th edition.
It is a hugely important event on an international level, because this is where the future trends and innovations of these five supply chains come to light.

Where and when SIGEP will take place
The International Trade Show for Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery, Pizza and Coffee will take place in January 2027 at Rimini Fiera exhibition center (dates will be announced in the coming months).
The address to enter in your GPS is: Via Emilia, 155 - 47921 Rimini (RN)
You can access Rimini Fiera through three different entrances:
- South entrance, via Emilia 155;
- East entrance, via Costantino il Grande;
- West entrance, via San Martino in Riparotta.
Visitor entry hours
- 10am to 6pm;
- last day, 10am to 5pm.
How to get to Rimini Fiera
Rimini Fiera exhibition center is easy to reach by any means of transport:
By car to SIGEP
The trade show is connected to the A14 motorway (Bologna - Bari - Taranto), which in turn connects to the main European motorway networks. To reach SIGEP you can take the "Rimini Sud" exit (7 km) or the "Rimini Nord" exit (6 km). Paid parking is available on site.
By train to SIGEP
The venue has its own railway station, making it particularly easy to reach for those traveling by train. The "Rimini Fiera" stop is on the Lecce-Milano and Milano-Taranto lines.
By plane to SIGEP
Rimini - San Marino "Federico Fellini" International Airport is just a few kilometers away and is connected to the venue by bus number 9.
Bologna Airport is about 120 km from Rimini Fiera.
You can also reach SIGEP via the Bologna - Rimini shuttle service, which offers 10 daily trips between Bologna's Guglielmo Marconi Airport and Rimini's exhibition center.
Other airports include:
- Falconara - Ancona (90 km away);
- Venice (269 km away);
- Treviso (285 km away);
- Bergamo (344 km away);
- Rome Fiumicino (360 km away);
- Milan Linate (350 km away);
- Milan Malpensa (400 km away).
Other ways to reach SIGEP
Visitors can reach Rimini Fiera by special buses, rental cars, public transport, taxis, chauffeur services and even by helicopter.
